After you order your dumpster, it will be delivered on the date that you choose. You don't need to be home during delivery or pickup, but if you want to be, ask for a delivery window so you don't have to wait around all day.

You also must prep for your dumpster delivery by removing any obstacles from where you want the dumpster to be placed. Our roll-off trucks need a clearance space of 60 feet in front of your desired drop-off location.

The last step is to fill your dumpster and return it back to us. When filling up the dumpster, there are some important guidelines to follow to ensure the safe transportation of your bin:

1. Fill out the dumpster evenly to avoid unbalanced and unsafe conditions for the transportation of the bin.

2. Keep the trash below the rim of the dumpster, otherwise, we may not be able to pick up and move the container.

If there are any issues with contamination (mixing materials) or going over your weight limit, we will send you a copy of the bill from the dumping facility so you are completely aware of why you're being charged a fee.
