Price Match Guarantee Program - Terms and Conditions

At Sourgum Waste, we are committed to providing the best value for our customers. Our Rolloff Price Match Guarantee program ensures you get the best possible price for your waste and recycling services. To take advantage of our Price Match Guarantee, please review and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • The Price Match Guarantee applies to quotes for comparable rolloff services provided by competitors.

   • The service must be for the same type, material, and size of dumpster, including the same weight limit and rental period.

2. Requirements for Submission:

   • Customers must provide a written quote from a competitor that includes:

     • The competitor’s price.

     • Detailed pricing information, including weight limits and rental periods.

     • A statement indicating that the price is inclusive of all taxes and fees.

   • The quote must be current and valid at the time of submission.

3. Submission Process:

   • Submit the competitor's quote to Sourgum Waste through our designated Price Match Guarantee form on our website or via email to support@sourgum.com.

   • Include your contact information and any other relevant details about the service you are inquiring about.

4. Limitations and Exclusions:

   • The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

     • Quotes that do not specify all-inclusive pricing (taxes and fees must be included).

     • Overweight charges or additional fees incurred beyond the weight limit specified in the quote.

     • Services that are not comparable in terms of weight limits, rental periods, or other specified criteria.

   • The Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers from Sourgum Waste.

   • The Price Match Guarantee cannot be used after the dumpster has been delivered.

   • The Price Match Guarantee is only applicable for one order.

5. Approval and Adjustment:

   • Once the quote is received, Sourgum Waste will verify the details and eligibility.

   • If the quote meets all requirements, we will match the competitor’s price for the same service.

   • Sourgum Waste reserves the right to decline any price match requests that do not meet the terms and conditions outlined above.

6. Miscellaneous:

   • Sourgum Waste reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee program at any time without prior notice.

   • Any modifications to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Sourgum Waste website.

   • The quote must be from a licensed and insured competitor.

Quotes that do not specify all-inclusive pricing, overweight charges, or additional fees incurred beyond the weight limit specified in the quote are not eligible. The Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers from Sourgum Waste, and it cannot be used after the dumpster has been delivered. It is applicable for one order only. Once the quote is received, Sourgum Waste will verify the details and eligibility. If the quote meets all requirements, we will match the competitor’s price for the same service. Sourgum Waste reserves the right to decline any price match requests that do not meet the terms and conditions outlined above, as well as to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee program at any time without prior notice.
